The sound quality is awful and I always have to adjust my 4k TV to even see the 4k movies on max, the 4k movies are so dark that you really can't tell what's going on. All Max movies and series except a few are old and out dated, not to mention that Cinemax, Starz, Showtime, MGM+, AMC, SyFy, Paramount+, FX, and Prime all play the same thing, they all just rotate movies every few months. I'm tired of seeing the exact same movies over the past 3 years. There are thousands and thousands of movies out there, why play the same ones over and over for 3 years?

Via KPN een account aangemaakt voor een gereduceerd tarief voor 3 maanden.....zucht ...ik had er zoveel van verwacht. And Just Like That...zo teleurstellend. Het beeld loopt vast...stopt plotseling. Het lukt niet eens meer om opnieuw te kijken. Mijn filmavond is ged verpest.Morgen vrih. Zeer frustrerend wanneer je 'in' een film zit of in mijn geval een serie.Toch maar NETFLIX...Jammer hoor

Werd geholpen bij een foutmelding. Het probleem was snel opgelost. Goede klantenservice en aardig. De chatbot is daarentegen waardeloos
