Hay House Tracking Order Status

Was looking for some new cards from Hay House and noticed free shipping with £20 order well didn't take me long ordered Dreamweavers by Collette Baron Reid and a new and a different deck by Asha Frost The Sacred Medicine Oracle and to make up got Moonology Diary 2023 by Yasmine Boland shipping didn't take long got them today and 5* + ...i love love love them .. bright colourful and great to handle give them a shot guys ...was a bit uh uh what have i done ..but wow thank you so much ladies for these great decks .

I'm a bit shocked at all of these reviews. I placed my first order with them and it processed, shipped, and arrived within one week. All of the items were in perfect condition. My oracle cards were beautiful with no printing issues. I will definitely order again. They have the absolute cheapest prices for oracle cards and new age books on the market.

I am pleased with my items which I received today, 4 working days after after placing my order Excluding the weekend. I was not happy about not being notified about when I would expect my order and the lack of customer service availability. Nobody called me to advise when I might expect my delivery to arrive and my calls to customer service were never returned! I would order from them again but I would like to be advised what day or time I can expect delivery rather than going days without any notification. Great quality products. Thank you

Somewhat slow to dispatch - I ordered on Thursday morning, assuming they'd ship the next day (Friday) but they didn't ship until the Tuesday. However, they did arrive on the Thursday so in all, a week from order to doorstep. All items present, arrived well packed, in good condition and can't fault the prices.

Absolutely amazing customer service and fantastic products! My nr. 1 go to place for books, decks, audio etc! Love it !
