Very disappointed in the quality of the two items that I ordered for my granddaughter. The kicker is I’m having difficulty in getting a response to be able to return them. The prices are far higher than the quality and customer service.

Horrible Customer Service! Be forewarned, the quality is awful and the sizes are way off traditional sizes. They also charge a restocking fee.

Beware of their restocking fee if you try to return your purchases! They advertise free returns but then slap you with a restocking fee when you try to return items. Buyer beware!

Ordered an embroidered dress for my 7yo for family photos. Two starts bc the dress came in quickly enough and at least in the photos it looks good. The quality is TERRIBLE!!! There were threads still hanging off it and absolutely no lining under embroidery on chest - which means my child can never wear it as an everyday item. For the price this should’ve been a much better crafted piece. It worked for my purposes of family photos but I would not recommend for any other use.

I like this company for two reasons: one: it is HIGHLY experienced, and 2, IT HAS MY NAME. :}
