Hayabusa Tracking Order Status

First off, they do make solid products, I am not questioning those. However, I did receive very inconsistent items (same model and size were wildly different between two colors), and this was after receiving the wrong size initially. Contacting them was hit or miss, when I submitted the initial exchange I received immediate proactive contact. However, when reaching out about a different issue, I never got a response. Beyond this, I left a review of the products, giving them 3 stars due to the inconsistency. While my review was live for a short time on their website, it is no longer there, and with over 1,000 reviews of the product there are now NO reviews which are under 4 stars. It seems like they are removing negative reviews, because between my own review and thousands of customers there is no possible way it's coincidence that there are ZERO reviews under 4 stars. Generally good products aside, how can you trust a company that manipulates reviews?
