Hawalili Tracking Order Status

As a consumer I recognize these chinese shirts are inexpensive items. BUT as a customer I also recognize Hawalili's acruracy, return policies, and "customer service" is unfortunately terrible, I do not recommend doing business with Hawalili. Accurracy: 1 out of 3 items sent to me was wrong. Return policies: I should send photos of the error AND I should pay for the shipping cost back to China for their error/inaccurracy. "Customer Service": they first offered me 10% discount on my NEXT order. (So I paid for ($20) and should keep the item I did not order, that was sent to me in error, thus avoid paying the shipping back to China for their error AND order from them again...no thank you). After a month of trying to correct this, with no less than 8 emails/requests, the "supervisor" did up the ante to 50% refund. Keep the $20 dollars Hawalili as my gift to you, you've lost a customer instead of gaining one. Richard B

I ordered five shirts which came in two weeks...they looked, felt, and fit - great! Surprise! I then ordered ten more shirts and they took almost three weeks to come...but were all excellent, once again. I felt lucky to have zero customer service issues. The orders were filled perfectly. The shirts fit beautifully. I'm proud to wear 'em. I know online shops like this can be flaky, but so far, so good and I would recommend Hawalili.

great store, they have big discounts and also they gave me free shipping with my order, the delivery was slow but it was free!

I like this store because they have good prices and they have the option of free shipping in bigger orders.

I'm Happy with the clothes, and the service, they send the clothes on time, and answered fast to my questions.
