Bought a dress in store. Amazing service, were helping me taking dresses to changing room ready for when I was done shopping to try on. Had a great experience. Once home realised the stitching wasn’t the best so emailed. Had a email with ours (even on a Sunday!) and had the Bristol store call me first thing Monday morning to sort out replacement/other suggestions. Couldn’t be happier with the service received!
