The item was not as expected and did not do as was required

Well, I dislike that I had to pay additional custum fees so it costed me more than expected, and I also wasn't sure when my package will arrive, I didn't get text message day before, but it's not big deal. The toy itself has slight demage on the back that doesn't prevent me from using it properly but I wish it's not there. Material could be a bit better, but it's understandable that it would then cost more. Toy is very versetile and I can think of many ways to use it, I don't think that it will last me long time but I'm sure that I will have quite fun time using it.

The items are quality, and when ordering I forgot to add an item, instead doing it in a separate order. They noted this, and put them together appling the fast delivery to both. Such attentiveness is rare, and deserves praise.
