I ordered a JBL soundbar and in-ear headset the 12'th of July. I didn't receive any confirmation about my order and I contacted them. They responded right away, I told them about my missing confirmation, and they got my info and a second later, an email popped in my inbox. They sent it at the 13'th and I was told that I would receive my order Friday the 15'th between 08 am and 5 pm, and around 09 pm i hadn't received anything. I contacted Harman again and the next morning they responded that they were very sorry about the delivery, and if i hadn't received my package at Monday the 18'th, I should contact them again. I can only say, that I love JBL/Harman Kardon's products and I only have the best experiences with them. Regarding the service experience from Harman this time around. It was one of the best services that i have ever received.

I ordered a portable speaker but it was bigger than expected. I requested to cancel my order and they immediately canceled and fully refunded. The customer representative was very courteous and respectful.

Gisteren een Harman Kardon speaker gekocht bij de MediaMarkt. Helaas na een dag viel hij steeds uit. Van alles geprobeerd maar geen succes. Wij terug naar de MediaMarkt en konden natuurlijk geld terug krijgen maar we wilden toch graag een dergelijke speaker hebben. Stond er op de afdeling iemand van Harman, we legden ons probleem uit en tot onze verbazing zegt hij, u woont in de buurt? Dan kom ik zo even langs om te kijken of ik het op kan lossen. En inderdaad, binnen een kwartier was hij er en probleem opgelost met de mededeling dat we hem altijd kunnen appen/bellen. Justin, super bedankt, Harman wat een top servive
