They have the worst customer service!!

Horrible quality I've had the product for one month of usage and a completely broke down When I called in the customer service rapper wasn't very nice and for me because they were just a little bit outside of warranty even though I hardly use them I'm out of luck wow really so many different options and I took the worst one Live and learn when I will definitely not be buying any JBL product when it's this hard to get good quality stuff

Min søn fik et par høretelefoner i julegave, som min søster bestilte midt november, for at være i god tid. Da min søn fik to par i julegave, ville vi returnere til Harman, men da udløbsdatoen for returneringen var midt i juledagene, ville de ikke tage produktet retur i januar. Det er virkelig et håbløst koncept og giver jo overhovedet ikke mening, når man ved at det er julegavesæson - og de fleste andre butikker har forlænget returret i denne periode. Kan bestemt ikke anbefales, at handle julegaver der, hvis man vil have muligheden for at returnere.

The left earpiece of my JBL BT110 did not work anymore after about 1 year of daily use. A wobbly contact was the problem. After contacting Harman support and two emails, a new pair of headphones was sent back to me. Even during the Christmas holidays, the response arrived in the first 24 hours. Thank you for your amazing service, special thanks to Leila and Tobias for their fast and excellent service.

Enceinte JBL Xtrème 2 achetée le 5 janvier 2019 tombée en panne le 3 janvier 2022...durée de vie 3 ans...quelle déception vu le prix de 249 €...coût de la réparation au moins 100 € sans compter le coût du transport
