Happily recommend 99 Bikes. Have taken my bike a few times to the Chichester branch. Firstly when it was Hargroves and now as 99 Bikes. The guys there always take the time to listen to how I have described the problems with my bike, (I don't know the correct names of the different parts!) When I've had to have work done on it, they are always clear in advising what they have done. Once when I had a puncture and needed my bike to get to work. They said to bring it in and they would repair it for me, even though they were busy. On my most recent visit, one of my shifts had seized up and when I collected it, the guy who fixed it (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) explained why it had, he showed me what was the main cause of the problem, and how to prevent it from happening again. I will continue to take my bike there and highly recommend them. Excellent customer service and highly knowledgeable team.

Brilliant service, nothing was too much for the staff and we spoke to most of the team too and they were all super.

Although I didn't make a purchase from 99 bikes. the team were very accommodating. unfortunately the bike I wanted sold out by the time I came to place an order..

I could not recommend more highly the staff at 99 Bikes UK in Chichester formerly called Hargroves. I knew what I wanted in my mind but Owen managed to find me exactly what I needed. As soon as I was riding this one it had to be my purchase. I did not have to wait too long to purchase it after some modifications. They have many bikes in their showroom so you can compare and contrast to make exactly the right decision. The staff are there to help you make exactly the right one with their informed knowledge.10/10
