Harbour Lifestyle Tracking Order Status

I ordered a dining set. Table was damaged when arrives which possibly happened during transit. Harbour lifestyle customer service was excellent. I received the new table following week. I am very happy with my purchase.

Absolutely fantastic product and friendly customer service. We had a bit of a wait for our pergola to come into stock but it was quickly delivered and constructed once it had arrived. The product itself is really good quality and looks great in our garden. We added the 4th blind for total privacy and it also helps with heat retention on cool evenings. The only observation is that the slightest breeze pulls the blind edges out of the guides - something that could be addressed in future versions but it’s really not a big deal and doesn’t affect use of the blinds. Overall highly recommended.

From start to finish Harbour lifestyle was absolutely fantastic. From the word go Tia who works in the office sorted out everything from me from the word go. Everything was sent to me by a text or an E-Mail and phone calls from the Harbour Team especially Tia and even the fitting team who came to put up my Pergola was experience and the made a good job .
