Superb customer service from Erika after having an issue, would gladly do business again.

Although they were a fairly recent purchase (in 2024), they started acting up. I reached out and Erika took my case. We tried a few troubleshooting things, but when that didn’t work she happily started work on replacing my set free of charge. She has been very helpful throughout this whole process.
