Happy Beaks Tracking Order Status

Here we go again, but not in a good way! I was about to give you 4 stars as my delivery finally arrived however only half of it actually arrived. Yes your courier did deliver to the right house but didn't knock and it was only by chance I found the box. I ordered & paid for 29kg but only 14.5kg has been delivered. I have sent a message to you which required my order number (which it didn't recognise I suppose I will have to phone you again. Please get you act together as I would rather not go to another company for future orders but unfortunately you are forcing me to do so.

Sorry again but this is the only way I can contact you without paying a lot of money speaking on the phone to you, Today I phoned you and got a nice customer service lady. Once again the birdseed I ordered on the 14th July had still not been delivered (now the 28th). It turns out that their courier couldn't find us and that they had returned it to Happpy Beaks. Don't know how many times this had happened since the 14th! Gave the lady directions to us but didn't think to ask why no one had contacted me to get directions! Don't know when the order was returned to the depot either. Wonder if it has been going back and forth from the 14th!! I have been ordering from Happy Beaks for years and never had problems with delivery until this year. If your delivery service is having difficulties finding us please get them to text me. You should have my mobile number, Or get a better delivery service. Thank You,

Sorry rating has now gone to 2 stars. Thank you Helen for your prompt reply, just wish your delivery service was as quick. An email dated the 20th July said that my order had been despatched. Well here we are at 19:42 25th July 2023 still waiting for the delivery. Bad enough it took from the 14th July to the 20th for the despatch but now another 5 days later still nothing!!! Please can you get my order to me asap along with some form of compensation for the dreadful delivery service which you never had at the beginning of the year. I would like to remain a customer of yours as your products are good quality but at the moment I am still deliberating. Thank you.

I'm sorry to have to give Happy Beaks this review. I have been a customer for many years but recently their delivery has declined. I, like another reviewer, ordered bird seed which was showing as in stock on the 14th July but still hasn't been delivered by 22nd July. Ok, I didn't see the note on the order that gave a date of the 21st. Why if it is in stock can it not be sent out within a couple of days? I have had to order from other companies, who deliver immediately, as I have completely run out. Extra expense. Not only have we loads of wild birds visiting us we also have a family of tame Pheasant who live in our garden so we get through a large amount of food. Happy Beaks can you please deliver quicker than you have been.

I ordered some no-grow birdseed on 31st May as of 15th June I still haven't received it although I received email that it was on its way via Yodel. Needless to say the beaks in my garden are far from happy. Don't order if you want quick delivery - gardenwildlife direct offer next day shipment at no extra shipping cost
