Missing items and no refund for missing items

Ordered 20 items. Received only 15. Didn't get an email about anything being out of stock or sending different items or anything. Checked to see if they refunded me for the missing"out of stock" items and didn't even get a refund.

Ordered over $100 in vapes, they apparently sold out of some of the ones I ordered, and substituted a bunch of flavors /style i don't even want. (Delta 10 Apple Fritters and D10 Sour Diesels) I WILL NOT order again, and no a t-shirt doesn't make it ok.
