Hanro DE Tracking Order Status

I bought several items in a"real" shop from this good quality, albeit expensive brand. It's better to try items on because sizes are unreliable. Unfortunately, the brand is not available where I live now. I ordered online from their site two pairs of pyjama pants in size M and then I contacted their customer service to point out that I own pants in size L measuring 85 in circumference but also a pair in M measuring 90 (!) and asking for more details about my order. The answer was thoroughly dissatisfactory. Ms. Verena Studer answered that "due to the material used, the fit may vary". That is not true: the cut to measure should be the same, for instance, 85 cm whether cut in silk, cotton, or jersey, THEN the fit may vary slightly, because jersey is a more stretchy fabric, but it doesn't stretch 5 cm... However, the measure of the circumference MUST be the same, regardless of the material, otherwise, it's impossible to select a size. Also their "chart size" is extremely vague and unreliable, since the measure they give for L is not the measure of my pants. I would have expected customer service to check the measures of my order and let me know and advise if they are incorrect, instead of getting a vague, concise answer, underlining only that they don't provide return labels for customers in Europe (!) except Germany and Austria... However, there is no point in offering international (or even just European) service if you cannot provide European standards of pre-paid returns or decent customer service, taking care of customers, instead of getting rid of them with superficial answers. If they want to get rid of customers who are not German or Austrian, then they succeeded.

Première commande effectuée, tout s'est très bien passé. J'ai commandé deux articles car je ne les trouvais nulle part ailleurs, la qualité est excellente, belles matières, l'expédition a été très rapide et la livraison efficace par La Poste, j'ai reçu le colis en 5 jours, les articles étaient proprement emballés dans une jolie boîte, commande conforme aux attentes. Attention cependant pour les tailles qui ne sont pas les mêmes que les tailles en France car ce sont des tailles allemandes il me semble, un 36-38 sera l'équivalent d'un XS, un 40-42 sera l'équivalent d'un S, du moins pour les pantalons de pyjama.

J'ai eu affaire à HANRO International GmbH / HUBER SHOP GmbH Office: Exerzierplatz 1, A-6841 Mäder Legal: Hauptstrasse 17, A-6840 Götzis et je peux dire que la qualité de leurs services est exceptionnel grande souplesse pour satisfaire le client qui aurait des demandes particulières même si les faveurs demandées sortent un peu des conditions générales pour mon cas il s'agissait d'une demande de prolongation de délai de retour car mon cadeau serait remis hors délai ..Grand bravo à leur attitude commerciale !
