Fantastic customer service. Before I know it the matter was resolved. This has been a great experience and I felt at this place where customers are valued. Looking forward for my another purchase straight from you and not from other subsidiaries.

Looks great but never gets warm enough. We bought the stainless steel maker with the pod single use. It’s so unfortunate that this coffee maker failed all the way around. The customer service lacks everything! I don’t think they read my return/exchange request. It was a simple we “don’t do returns on unopened or used products”. Wait…I would t know that the stainless steel machine didn’t get warm unless I tried it. So unfortunate! This machine was to be used a a second machine and mostly for single serve. We have a LOT of company year round and needed a backup. Never again!! Should have bought on Amazon!! At least I could have returned or exchanged. I went directly to the website. Big mistake.

1) Wanted to register my newly purchased product, but the site won't accept my registration and keeps asking for a required field that DOES NOT exist. 2) Also wanted to review the product: programmable defrost slow cooker. I bought this to replace a 30 year-old Rival Crockpot that gave up the ghost. Negatives: the removable crock is impossible to clean. I made a chicken broth soup 1st day and it stained. Really? And the lid is so light that the bubbling/condensation kept lifting it, spraying liquid all over the counter and floor - it was NOT filled to the top, but 2" below the top. Positives: pretty to look at, programming is easy.

I would like to leave a review for Hamilton Beach, I have never received better customer service honestly in my life. I would never have thought my air fryer breaking would make us so happy, but they helped us the day we emailed them, they were so helpful! I could not be more pleased. Thank-you!

After 8 years with the same toaster and a failed attempt at a coffee maker by keurig, we found the" flex brew trio".. what an amazing machine..
