Hallstone Direct Tracking Order Status

Ordered on Monday. Requested Friday delivery. It turned up at 11am on Friday. The driver placed the pallet exactly where I asked. Can't fault them, though a call before delivery would have helped. Just laid the turf and it looks good to me. Time will tell how well it beds in but so far I can't fault Hallstone direct at all. I note the turf actually came from London Lawn Turf who would have charged me over £100 more for it!

120m2 of turf delivered at 10am on the day of delivery, grass was perfectly green, turf laid and well established. A brilliant service and I would very highly recommend.

Was rather worried from all the reviews but can honestly say they were fab on this occasion. Ordered 40m² of turf from Hallstone as they were the cheapest by miles online (due to some crazy delivery costs from most companies) and chose a delivery day. It arrived at midday and every single roll was green and healthy (I'm no stranger to turf and I've had some really awful stuff in the past from B&Q and the likes). Laid it all within 5hrs of receiving it and luckily had 4 straight days of rain now and it's thriving and looking amazing!

I ordered 40 square metres and it was all excellent quality, it arrived on time and was delivered by a really friendly and helpful person. The turf is all down and settling in really well. Very good value for money I would highly recommend.

Failed to deliver on the Friday. And got charged £300 for guys stood waiting for turf, next day delivery promised first thing and did not turn up until 10:25am. Will never use ever again.
