Excellent customer care/ poor picture quality

I messaged Hallmark with regards to the below personal picture birthday I received and I have amended from 3 ⭐️ to 4 ⭐️ as their customer service is fantastic. They replied to my email within hours and also was very grateful for my honest feedback as this was a new product. They have also offered me another card for free. I recently ordered a personal photo birthday card. The site was quite hard to place the photos and adjust on the card. After an hour I managed to get my card as I would like and colour and everything looked great, placed my order and it arrived for time stated. The picture quality of the photos was very dark, not as it was on the screen when ordering. I would advise if ordering to make your photos brighter. The card itself was of good quality and reasonable priced

Be warned there is no customer service

I usual love Hallmark but I received someone’s cards in the mail. I never got my order. I called and no one will pick up the phone or chat. Literally. This is not how you run a business.
