Our fruit arrived within the scheduled timeframe, and itwas beautifully and carefully packaged. Not to mention, it was delicious!

Delicious grapefruit. As one was rotting, only 4 stars. A refund was received. Definitely a great company.

I'm a regular purchaser. Your fruit is wonderful. But the website can be a bit wonky from time to time. When I click on an email, it will usually default to the most expensive choice (multiple trays, for instance). I'll fix it, and then sign in to me account (usually through the address book) and then it jumps back to the most expensive offer. That's not good and I think I have ordered more fruit than I wanted on a couple of occasions. Of course, that's my responsibility in the end but the website fosters the problem. Also, I cannot figure out how to review past order detail. You have a page with past orders but when I click on them, they don't tell me what a I purchased. This is especially confounding with orders purchased months before the delivery so a customre won't order duplicates of what they already ordered. This is something that really needs to be fixed or if the information is already available, it needs to be clear how to uncover it. Thank you.

This was sent as a gift so I did. It actually see the product but it arrived on time and the recipients said they loved it

I absolutely loved my first order of grapefruit and oranges last year. They were so juicy and sweet. I had one that was molded but all the other ones were great. I made several orders and couldn't wait to receive my order this year. I was so disappointed when my order came in. I found the grapefruit not nearly as good as the ones I had last year. The oranges also did not have as much flavor this year and they were a lot harder to peel, very thick skin.
