I received my Haier I-Master Compact…

I received my Haier I-Master Compact Food Processor – Series 5 today, but I was really disappointed to find that the box had already been opened. The paper hook seal was completely torn into two parts, which makes me question whether this was a returned product from someone else. On top of that, the quality of the blade parts is poor—I can visibly see glue on them, which is really unacceptable. I wish I could upload pictures here to show how bad it looks. Another major issue is the misleading product description. It mentions “1x Glass Bowl” and “1x 0.5L Glass Bowl”, so I expected to receive two bowls, but there is only one in the box. I’m not sure if the second bowl is missing or if it was never included in the first place, but this is quite misleading for consumers. I have already emailed Haier customer service about these issues, and I won’t be using the product until this is resolved. This is my first purchase from Haier, and honestly, I’m really disappointed with the experience so far. Because their product is not cheap.

I would avoid buying from them again

I would avoid buying from them again. I bought a fridge freezer, the first arrived broken. The second has many cosmetic problems with it, both were supposed to be brand new. I originally took out additional warranty cover with them, at a monthly expense. After many months and many phone calls and emails, they have been unable to know when replacement parts are available to fix the large cosmetic noticeable problem (the unnoticed ones, I did not ask for a replacement or repair). The support conversation switches between a different rep each time, seemingly no idea what the other has said, even though it's within the same email chain. The only thing they can offer is a pittance of £20 good will gesture (have now paid more than that per month with warranty) and to change the unit, yet again, at a cost to myself due to the food contained within. Their inability to rectify what is a simple job of replacing parts and their communication problems, within their own company, seem obvious and have caused nothing but problems, after I bought a £1000 unit from them but so far haven't received one without problems. Upon replacing the first unit, even the deliver driver said to me "the most commonly replaced unit is Haier, they are complete crap." In short, I wouldn't recommend.

Have only just received the machine…

Have only just received the machine this week so won't/can't give five stars just yet. The initial washes have so far been great and indicated that our old machine (different brand) was well on its way out. Accidentally found the freshen up wash which whilst no good for the wash I accidentally used it on, I can see been very useful in the future when doing say a few t-shirts only worn for a couple of hours or that have not been worn for a while so starting to smell a bit musty but don't really need a full blown wash. I live in a very hard water area so will see how it copes over a couple of years with that, especially after a couple of years when you start getting very slack with the descaling treatment

Waiting in today for a repair

Waiting in today for a repair to my Haier washer dryer. When it was first booked, I was told I would be texted on the morning of the repair with a two hour window of time, this never happened. I called Haier directly though and the automated call handling told me my slot was between 1 and 3pm. Imagine my surprise at 1.18pm to receive a text saying that the repair could not be completed because I was not in! The doorbell had not even been rung, and is operational as I have received several visitors this morning already. Said text included a telephone number for me to call to rearrange. Ok, except when you call it it then says it is for WhatsApp contact only. I call through and speak to Alan in customer services who was very charming and told me that the engineer would not be far away, he would text him and get him to come back. We are now an hour further on, nobody has returned nor called me back, but I have received an email telling me to rebook. Is it too much to hope that it might still happen today? I am sitting in wit unwashed laundry waiting to demonstrate the fault when he eventually shows up. Poor show Haier - I will update if anything changes.

Avoid Haier

We bought a HAIER AD100 heat pump tumble dryer and it has stopped working after 3 months. Had an engineer come and has told us he has to order a new bottom. Also what they don't tell you, though isn't a problem for us, you can't put it in a garage or cold environment as they don't work as the heat pump can't create enough heat the drum. So it's a wait and see atm, but will update
