Haibike Tracking Order Status

I find my trekking 9 by haibike fantastic value for money and very strong and well built

Habe jetzt 1000 km mit meinem E-Bike erreicht, keine Probleme, tolles Bike, 100% Fahrspaß. Ich würde jederzeit wieder ein Haibike kaufen, auch wenn es etwas teurer ist, aber die Qualität stimmt.

I purchased a Haibike SDuro Hardseven 8.0, in December 2020, ( i am in the UK) i purchased it from our local Puffing Billy Cycles shop, the bike cost £3129, 12 Month Warranty, After a 1000 miles i had it serviced, it was recommended that the chain was very slightly worn, that i may be better to replace it to save wear on the cassette, but the new chain jumped a couple of the small high range cogs, the shop told me the cogs had some wear, so they put the old chain back, & it ran ok, i said to the proprietor of the shop, surely this cassette is covered by the 12 Month Warranty, they said no, Haibike do not cover the SRAM running gear, what kind of a Warranty is that, it useless. thats like buying a new Ford car & the Ford Company saying, we dont warranty the gearbox as its not our make. I now have to purchase a new cassette & pay for it to be fitted as well, in less that 12 Months. I contacted SRAM, but they send you around in circles. The Haibike itself is a well made product, but the running gear is not fit for purpose on this type of bike, I am in my 74th year so i am not tearing around on the bike, or using it over that rough a terrain. I would not purchase another Haibike fitted with SRAM running gear.

einmal Haibike.....wahrscheinlich immer Haibike !! Ich liebe mein Pedelec und die teile machen Mega Spaß , 30 Prozent meiner Fitness hole ich mir bei meinen Touren und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität!! Weiter so

Top E-Bikes, sehr gute Qualität zu einem fairen Preis. Moderne Bikes mit Innovationen und großer Auswahl bei den Modellen (z.B. 3 verschiedene Motorarten und Rahmen). Bei den Tests der bekannten Magazine überzeugen die Bikes ebenfalls.
