Habitat UK Tracking Order Status

Ordered a large frame at 11pm arrived following morning around 8am,first class service!!! Even amazon can't beat that. Email followed to offer assistance if needed. My frame has a tiny scratch at the bottom but very minor, beautiful with real glass which is not so easy to find these days especially at that price. Many thanks 😁

Delivery was great, however one of the pieces of the bed is damaged so we are still waiting for a replacement piece before we can start to build it. In the meantime my son is having to sleep on a mattress on the floor as we had dismantled his old bed to make room for the new one.

No-one contacted me before the delivery with a time slot or when they were on the way. The delivery was also just dumped on the doorstep. Really poor. Additionally, my nectar card won't link even though I've done it 3 times so I've missed out on the points for this

Quality and beautiful beds at great prices. Delivery by Argos was prompt and friendly. Replacement of defective headboard and ordering of spare parts processed quickly with no questions asked. Customer service chat also excellent.

The deckchairs were just as advertised. They were packed well and we were able to collect them the day following the order.
