Gymshark Tracking Order Status

Normaal ben ik altijd erg positief over Gymshark, ze hebben hele goede producten, snelle levertijd en de kwaliteit is altijd goed… Alleen dit viel me erg tegen: Ik heb op 21 februari een bestelling geplaatst bij Gymshark en deze direct met ING betaald ( normaal doe ik het altijd via Klarna ). Ik heb daarna een trui van deze bestelling geretourneerd, alleen nooit mijn geld ontvangen. Ik heb meerdere keren contact gezocht met Gymshark via de mail, maar helaas geen reactie gekregen. Het ging om een trui van €40,- en dat geld zou ik natuurlijk gewoon terugwillen.

I made an order for some track suit bottoms. After making payment I get an email later that they are out of stock. If I was going to make another order for a different pair I now have to pay a separate delivery charge which is not fair on the customer.

Fast delivery, food quality clothes, had an issue with one product but customer services were quick to help and rectify the problem. Would buy again from them

Really straight forward, arrival was next day and the material is great! Makes me feel more confident knowing it’s got full coverage and support.

I love the fit and the quality of all the gymshark items. The material is comfortable, breathable but also flattering. The sizing is also always consistent. In addition, the customer service is excellent, the delivery is quick and there is a simple returns process.
