Gymondo - UK Tracking Order Status

Sport mit Gymondo zu machen, macht richtig viel Spaß. Die Videos sind gut gemacht, die Trainer*innen sind angenehm, für jeden Typ ist eine passende Herausforderung dabei und jedes Video enthält ebenfalls noch mal unterschiedliche Niveaus, so ist für jeden etwas dabei. Einziger Punkt den ich bemängeln muss, ist die App, ich habe mir für den Urlaub Videos heruntergeladen. Jedoch kann man sie nur mit einer Internetverbindung anschauen. Warum lade ich denn das Video herunter? Im Urlaub hatte ich selten Internet und konnte so nur 2 Videos machen. Die dann im Nachgang nicht als erledigt gezählt wurden. Bitte anpassen, ansonsten ist Gymondo und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super.

Ich habe Kurzhanteln bestellt. Gute Qualität zu gutem Preis. Werde damit langjährig Freude haben. Danke Euch.

Trotz Kündigung des Probemonats/Tage wurde das Geld abgebucht. Auf E-Mails und Kundeservice wird nicht reagiert, so kann man sich auch Kunden holen. Entweder denken die Leute man merkt es nicht, oder man nimmt es einfach an. Hätte ich nicht gedacht, haben nun Paypal eingeschaltet und werde ggfs. den Betrug dem Anwalt übergeben.

Ich habe das 50% Angebot genutzt und bin positiv überrascht von der App und dem Angebot. Vielfältige und total unterschiedliche Programme von Meditation über Yoga bis hin zu sämtlichen Workouts. Man wird regelmäßig (so oft man möchte) erinnert und motiviert. Leckere Rezepte und Einkaufslisten gibt’s außerdem. Kann ich nur empfehlen.💪🏼

Really disappointed in this company, I had originally signed up with an influencer code but cancelled my subscription a few months ago or so I thought I had but for some reason my request did not go through, I had been experiencing difficulties and some glitches with the site and presume now this must be the reason. I like alot of others have been charged for another yearly subscription without any notice of the current subscription expiring, I find it very deceitful how this company operates and even after explaining this situation to the customer care team have been told they will not refund me, I will be looking into this further. Also frustrating that the customer service team are very slow to respond considering it's the only means of contact! Would not recommend! Update: After speaking with another representative Cheryl she kindly informed me that as a gesture of goodwill gymondo has now issued a refund and agreed to cancel my membership, although it took a few days to come to this conclusion I appreciate the exception Gymondo made in this instance.
