First I want to share that this company offers amazing variety of guns and rifles. The main reason that I wanted to leave a review was for their customer service team. What an amazing group. They are dedicated to help you in anyways possible, not just on information, but overall help to assure you have a great customer service experience. Personally I would like to thank Mr. Derek for his help me in making a transaction for my dad. Derek went above and beyond to help me achieve my dad's wishes. My dad (94yrs old) has alway been a great fanatic of the M1A rifles and Derek work with me and gave me the best solution to get the rifle. I will always be grateful for his help. Well at first i liked the fact that they gave me an appropriate price for my handgun, but after they sent me my offer and i accepted it...there was no other communication. I have had a few questions so i did what i was told t0 do and contacted the rangemaster via email. i have sent 6 emails and have yet to hear a response even though it says they will contact me back shortly. Then they put on their website it would be a 2 day delivery via ups...mine wont be delivered for 7 days. If i would have known all this i would have stayed with cash for arms. Atleast with them i know that what they say is exactly how it goes down. These people..so far are a bunch of lies. i regret sending my guns to them already and they havent even got there yet.

I just received the Sig Sauer P229 Elite, on which I made an offer and the seller accepted. The quality and condition exceeded my expectations and was in fact in “Very Good condition”. The buying and shipping process to my FFL was prompt and uncomplicated. This was my first used gun purchase and I must admit that I was pleasantly impressed with guns.com.
