Gundry MD Tracking Order Status

I have been using BioComplete 3 for about 2 weeks. I saw small, inconsistent changes, in bowel movements. So I then made sure I was taking it before the meal and not during. I also looked at what lectins might be still in my diet and which ones were ok to allow. My goal is to heal from food/environmental allergies, dry skin, body and mouth so I believe it will take 3-9 months. If I don't see much change in 3 months, I will consider that this is not my solution.

The watermelon flavor is great but the powder never fully dissolves so I end up with slimy lumps in the drink. Overall health/energy wise I have not yet seen a difference but had pitched 4 jars so I will stick with it.

This product tastes good (watermelon) but after a month I have seen zero weight loss. That was the big selling point. I am disappointed.

Of course I purchase a product because I get all excited from the videos I watch and THEN I look at reviews. I should be doing it the other way around but unfortunately, I didn’t. I noticed by reading other reviews which is the same experience I am having, that there is no expiration date and the manufacture date is over one year old. I just received these last week and the manufacture date is January 2022. so the product is already one year old. When they say the products are coming off the shelves, and they may not have enough to fulfill the orders, that doesn’t appear to be true. This one pill has already caused some digestive distress after one pill. They are smart because they tell you this won’t work for everyone. That seems to be the MO claimed on all products. The easy way out… there is a sucker born every minute and it looks like that’s me today. I also purchased another Gundry product which has absolutely done nothing for me. I’m sure Dr. Gundry is a qualified and excellent physician but he’s also a great sales person and I happen to be the one that fell for his salesmanship this time 😞. I’ll stick with MERCOLA products which have proven to work well for me for over 10 years time

Ordered the Dietary Supplement Watermelon Lemonade powered Ketone energy drink. Despite claims, it does not taste nice, not horrible, but not a refreshing drink at all and in conjunction with lite increased cardio work out received zero noticeable difference in my energy, appetite or anything else. I expect $45 to do something. But waste your money, just another well marketed hype diet/wellness scam
