Great Company who excel at communicating with their customers. Great customer service. I have never had a problem with them. They are a small company who sell high demand products and are very vocal about their distributions and stock status on their website, emails, and twitter. They are my favorite Gundam distributor. I once had preordered a product on their website and their distributor all of a sudden decided not to ship the product to them. (some logical issue). Gundam Planet alerted everyone on their twitter and sent each individual who preordered the item an email notification. Then not only did they refund the purchase price + shipping to their customers, they also linked a competitors website where you could preorder the item so you would not miss out. Love this company.
