Honestly the least professional, most disrespectful and almost fraudulent experience I've ever had with any company. My chair stopped working correctly after around 10 months, and I've been fighting with customer service for over a month now trying to get an actual replacement, but it seems to be impossible. They simply ignore their own warranty policies, demand pictures and videos when their website specifically states a written description suffices, they ignored me for 2 straight weeks and the customer service tried to lie multiple times about the length and nature of their warranty. Do not buy anything from them if you expect them to keep to their own word.

Please avoid, had the chair 6 months and it is not working now. Followed up with the company and many back and forth and the solution they came up with was a replacement part that could take a few months to come through and a £3 refund. Chair may look good but terrible product and terrible customer service. Once bought, that’s it, any issues and you have practically no chance of resolution.

Ordered a computer games desk 80cm wide. Great service. Great price. Came within days. Absolute quality and came with really clear and concise assembly instructions. Built in 40 minutes. Finished off with a large quality mouse mat, which was supplied. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10 all round

Entreprise ok sur l'envoie et la qualité est assez bonne sur les mousses et revêtements. En revanche SAV déplorable, le vérin de la chaise ne tiens plus après 1 an et demi, je demande un remplacement qu'on me refuse, il faut racheter un vérin à 25€ je trouve ça malhonnête surtout sur une des pièces principal de la chaise alors que je ne dépasse pas le poids max et que l'entreprises se vente de vendre du matériel de qualité surtout pour ses vérins et ses mousses de chaises. De plus je ne suis pas juriste mais d'après mes vérification les lois européennes oblige une prise en charge à 2 ans sur ce type de produit.
