Great customer service regarding a parcel delivered to the wrong address (and not forwarded on by whomever received it). Customer Support was very easy to contact by mail, responded quickly, were very helpful and immediately replaced it.

Great Customer support received regarding a rug that I purchased. It had a faulty front clip and I was asked for a few details so that GS Equestrian could contact the manufacturer. Within four days I was given a full refund. Communication via email was timely and professional. I have used this company many times and will definitly continue to. They went above and beyond in resolving the issue with this rug. A big shout out for them and thank you to Lyndsay x

Not the worst, not the best. They took a week to even out my order in the post - items that were in stock. I’ve had better service from them before. But all tolled, their prices are excellent, and if you’re willing to keep,after them when things go a bit wrong, they’re OK.
