GRUNT STYLE Tracking Order Status

I like their products, i like what they stand for, but for being a business for veteran clothing sure seems to be a ton of malingering or some other happenings.... placed my order on the 16th of aug, just called on the 21st of aug to check and its just now packed waiting for UPS..... i understand weekends and what not, but 5 days to process an order and ship a package.... What the actual hell is going on and why the actual f*** does it take that long? I know i would like to actually chat with Glenn Silbert about his business practices, policies, and procedures. Coming from under armour he should be better...... oh wait!!!!

Customer service is completely non existent as well as quality control of their products. I ordered a pair of their shorts to see if I liked them. I did so I decided to order two more pairs. All three were the same size (L). One of the pairs is an inch and a half to two inches bigger. I sent customer service an email in regards to this with pictures showing how they were bigger. They emailed me back saying they needed pictures with me measuring the shorts. I did this and never got a response. I sent another email asking what was going on and again, no response. I wrote a review and they sent me the same autoreply email with the same instructions to a different email address. I did this and got no reply from that email as well. I loved this company but if this is how they treat customers then I'll go find someone else to buy shirts and shorts from.

New review... I just received my shirts and I can say they are 100% awesome!! Great quality and look. My only complaint AND NOT WITH THE SHIRTS is the shipping!! I had the express shipping and it still took over 2 weeks to receive. Besides that I have to recommend these shirts but be ready to wait for them. The wait seems worth it now tho!!

Great company Fast shipping to Canada and quick to respond to questions and concerns. Would choose Grunt Style again.

Normally I would love to give them 4 to 5 stars but shipping is bad. Last time I checked Alaska was one of the 50 states and for it to be considered international for their shipping is crazy. Living in Alaska I order a large number of items due to availability and get 95% of the items pretty quick from other companies. For me to receive items from china quicker than a company in the US that doesn’t make me want to continue ordering. With the amount of tech out there this kind of stuff should be a thing of the past. 2 weeks and still no order is ridiculous. Really sad Grunt Style.
