Grove Collaborative Tracking Order Status

I've been ordering from Grove for years (since before covid) and I always found it a convenient way to order household items while also trying to help the environment in some small way (I order all my paper products in the bamboo option). Then their prices just kept going up and up, they started adding supply fees and now they decided to create a paid membership in order to receive free shipping! They want $30 a year which you would have to order at least 6x a year to make it worth it (which I don't). They won't even give free shipping on orders over $100 it's ridiculous. I know they are trying to be environmentally friendly but prices and fees are just getting too much and it's becoming unreasonable.

their refund policy sucks. end of story. no exchanges and no refunds for returns. gave an extra star to be unique!

I love the ease of the shipping directly to the house. Also, how I can adjust the shipping date since my pay is bi-weekly as opposed to a set date it is super convenient. I also love all the bamboo paper products like TP, and paper towels they are super absorbent so you use less. The walnut scrubbers, eco friendly condoms. I've been a customer for two years and love everything!

Overall I really like Grove and it’s products but I recently was very disappointed in one. Their laundry sheets which should be environmentally safe are not all they are made out to be. They don’t always dissolve. They left residue on my jeans and slacks that was hard to remove except by washing again with a different detergent (and I used it a number of times to make sure) I also found out that some of these sheets have the microplastics in them to hold them together so not quite environmentally safe! I threw them out as there was no money back if dissatisfied

I was skeptical at 1st because I have noticed a lot of times that cleaning products that are Eco friendly can sometimes not be as good as ones that are not Eco friendly. However I absolutely love groves products. I got my Box 2 days ago and I'm very happy with the fact that the all purpose cleaner and the glass cleaner does not have a strong chemical odor. The soap is amazing and I love the sponges. I will continue to order every month. The all purpose cleaner cleans very well and so does the glass cleaner. I cannot rave about them enough!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
