I've bought a few groupons every year for years. I've usually had really good deals and been happy with customer service. Lately after I've used a voucher, there hasn't been any facility to write a review on the experience afterwards. I haven't been invited to write a review either. I like to read the reviews before making a purchase, so I can make an informed decision. I've also noticed that some providers now have no reviews. A beauty salon I used in the past had a few negative reviews and now they have no reviews at all. Some of the reviews had been very concerning too. I personally now wouldn't buy a groupon which involves any personal service, which has no reviews. The latest groupon I bought was for afternoon tea. The food was really nice but the service was really bad. I don't know if that was because I'd used a groupon or that was the normal service.
