greenworkstools Tracking Order Status

Almost two years ago I purchased a Greenworks 80 volt self propelled lawn mower because my Honda gas powered self propelled mower no longer would work in the self propelled mode. My property is hilly and at 75 years old, I need a self propelled mower. I purchased it from Best Buy and was very happy with it. Then about a week ago when I was mowing for the first time this season, the mower stalled out and I couldn’t get it restarted. After calling several mower repair shops in my area, I found out that they only service gas engined mowers. I called Greenworks to see if they could tell me where the take my mower to be repaired. The customer service representative was nothing short of amazing. He asked me for the model and serial number of my mower and proceeded to inform me that it was still under warranty. He walked me through a series of steps to determine if we could get it started again. When we couldn’t, he asked me to hold while he spoke with his supervisor. When he came back on the phone, he informed me that they would be shipping a new replacement mower to me at no charge. It arrived on Saturday. What a great company! By the way, the customer service representative was located in Toronto, Canada. I can’t say enough about how amazing this company is. They exceeded all of my expectations.

Got the 41 cm dual 24V mower and Strimmer.. After cutting and Strimming the lawn twice the batteries still seem to have loads of power left.. Mower grass box large only needs emptying once unlike my old mower 2 or 3 times for one cut… It cuts well and packs away nicely,seems pretty robust and up to the job..Can’t comment on customer service as haven’t needed them ..but so far I’d recommend..

Decent product, God help you if you ever need anything from the company. I have bought 2 batteries over the past couple years for my mower. The first time it took 2 or 3 weeks to get it. I am not on the second week awaiting for an "in stock" battery to be sent to me. Customer service seems to be always busy (I wonder why) but since I can only get the batteries from the company, am kind of forced to use them. When this mower dies i will most likely go back to gas if I can't find a company that you can easily get parts for. I couldn't imagine waiting 2 plus weeks for gas, a spatk plug or an air filter.

I love Greenworks! Last year, I purchased a Greenworks 60V 21" Self-Propelled Mower from Tractor Supply Company in Muskegon, MI. I waited until it went on sale, oddly the day after I looked at it in store! It works great, is easily to take care of and it gets the job done! After paying that off in a year, I found the 2300amp. Power Washer on their website... On sale! It was sent out for delivery the next day and arrived in 3 days (instead of 2) due to FedEx not Greenworks. I put it together, it looks awesome and I know it will work well for exactly what I need. I'm already planning my next Greenworks purchase to add to the family :)
