Green Water Sports Tracking Order Status

I bought a Red Original deck bag from GWS & it arrived on my doorstep the next day! It was packaged really well & was in perfect condition. I am definitely ordering from GSW again & will be telling all of my friends about them.

I ordered a Scorprega electric pump from Greenwater Sports to inflate kites for kiteboarding and also for paddle boards. Ordered on a Monday and had the pump Wednesday afternoon with free shipping. I was waiting for my paddle ans I received a message saying that it was not in the stock anymore. So I had to do wait again.

Lots of relevant info about my board on the Green Water website Phone calls were answered helpfully twice. Ordering was easy, and shipped immediately. Have had no issues, thus far, so no need for any more customer service. What's not to like?

Highly recommended! I purchased the wrong SUP and I contacted the company immediately. Julian was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He helped me change my order. In addition, I was concern about the delivery date and he assure me the SUP was going to arrive on time... and IT DID! Thank you so much... I am enjoying my SUP!!!!!!!
