Bought set from Costco around 6 months ago, brilliant at first but the media frying pan is no longer non stick. We have followed all care instructions washed after every use, there is no visible damage to the surface having only used plastic utensils in them. Yet we have found ourselves have to add more oil to the pan to prevent stick of basic foods like eggs and mince. Not worth the money not impressed.

I've owned multiple sets of Greenpan pans now, I think this is my third, which is why I've come to write this review. I think the quality has reduced from the set I first used nearly 8 years ago... The set I had last, lasted about 18 months before the coating was very chipped. I thought that might have been a one off issue with that range. But the latest set I had as a gift Xmas 2023 are now very chipped as well. In particular along the edges where the metal edged lids touch the pans. I feel like this is a really silly design flaw. I am very careful with these pans, gentle with the lids, and have only ever used wood implements in them. Unless Greenpan address this design flaw, I won't be buying another set. As 2 years or less for a set of pans before they are very chipped is rubbish. I love the health benefits, but this really needs fixing. And I see other customers have this issue too. You need to make your pan edges metal, or give your pan lids silicone rims.

One of my Geneva saucepans was badly chipped after only 4 or 5 uses (only wooden or silicone utensils used). Very disappointing having spent so much money on 13 Greenpan products. Have emailed customer service twice - no response. There is of course no phone number available anywhere. The other products are fine and if Greenpan had bothered trying to address this issue or responded to emails then I would be leaving a positive review but as things stand I am annoyed and wouldn’t recommend these products.

I had an issue with a pan bought for me as a Christmas present some years ago. They replaced it with no questions. Very impressed.

I have several of their pans, they are good pans, not great - I have an issue with one pan though and can't get any response via their website or social media account, so shockingly bad customer service.
