Have used this Company for the past 10 years and they have always been very helpful and staff friendly

It took ages for the check in process, at least 45 minutes. The card machine was not able to take a pre-authorisation and I therefore had to actually pay 1205 pounds. I received no documents on check or when I returned the car. I have never seen a car hire company check the car so thoroughly, feeling under the bumper, the guy looked so disappointed when he could find nothing wrong. I assume they work on commission and get a percentage of any damage repair bill. It took 10 days to get my refund back, I was actually quite concerned I would not receive it as I did not feel comfortable with this company. I will not be using them again. Pay a little extra and get a reputable company

I went to the rental and didn't have a credit card, but the staff found a solution and I got a good car. Thanks Tia :)! Everything was also in order when handing over the car. I had scraped the wheel (the roads in England are very narrow). everything was fine because i had full insurance. Thanks Don and Shan - they were very kind
