Great Glam Tracking Order Status

When I Use To Shop At This Site All My Dresses Were Just Right I Never Had A Problem zmy Sister A Model She Even Liked To Wear The Dresses And She Is Higher Class The I. I just Wish I Could Find The Site Again or New The New Name Of It

I ordered from them for the first time in several years just 2 weeks ago. Apparently this company is under new ownership and this was some kind of private preview sale for select past customers. I ordered a dress that was $32 and was pleasantly surprised by the qulity. shipping time was ok - took about 6 days.I read some of the other reviews and wonder if maybe that was the past owenership? Anyway I will order again

I used to be a greatglam customer since 2012, very nice dresses, fast shipping, etc etc… but now its not good anymore… seems the owner its Chinese or from overseas because now it take several weeks to send you an item…. SMH…. 👎👎👎

I have been ordering from Great Glam for over 10 years. Great service. I ordered for the last time because my order took over a month to come. This is not acceptable! I suspect they are now getting their products from overseas and with this change, comes horrible slow service. Sad to say, I won't be ordering from them ever again. Bye-bye Great Glam.

As far as the order process, shipping and customer service reps they are definitely top notch, but Heaven forbid you have to return something!!! It's not 3 weeks which is already ridiculous it's 4-5 which is insane since they ship so quickly. It's my personal opinion/conclusion that there may be an intentional delay in the return process to prompt individuals who are impatient or need a replacement item quickly to place another order hence a double dip in your pocket... just saying...
