Great Clips Tracking Order Status

Great Clips Richmond Heights, MO. Scheduled an appointment online. Showed up at my appointment. Told it would be another hour, they had to go on lunch and appointments are just estimates. Came back in 1 hour at new scheduled time and told I was 4th in line, so waited another 40 minutes. I changed this from a 1 to a 3 because the staff was nice once I was helped, but the three is for having to wait an hour and a half after my scheduled appt.

Went to Great Clips in Waterville Ohio and a young lady named Olivia, who is new to the local Great Clips, did an exceptional job. Very personal, very professional, very detailed in cutting my hair. Every time I go to the Waterville Great Clips, I have a positive experience. I would highly recommend Great Clips in Waterville, Ohio. Thank you Olivia!

I'm new to my city and had a really hard time finding a hairdresser to do a razor cut. I poked my head in Great Clips just to ask if someone could (expecting the answer to be no) and they had a great stylist: Lara who has been doing razor cuts for years. She did an excellent job on my hair. After a year of bad haircuts, I finally found someone who knows how to cut short, fine hair. I have already recomended her and will continue.

The guy cutting my hair did it way too short did not follow card on how I liked it kind of rude too it said he was manager on site too not happy will try different locations from mnow on

I stopped by to see if they could fit me in. They got me right in, and Lisa the woman who cut my hair. Did a fantastic job. She listened to my concerns and addressed them perfectly. Wow! That's hard to find nowadays. I will definitely be returning. Great price, and a great cut.
