UPDATE: The vendor sent a repair person to look at / fix the machine. It would be better if Grays had customer protection, and issues didn't have to be escalated this way. I reported the issue on day 1 of receiving the machine, and Grays initially said there was nothing they could do because the machine "is used." Some people would give up at that stage and lose $600 dollars (including delivery costs.) __________ ORIGINAL I bought a used washing machine which Grays told me is in working condition. It didn't even wash 1 load and gives an error every time I run a wash. I spent almost $600 with delivery to purchase a broken washing machine. They said they offer no warranty - so now I have to take them to court to get my money back.

I personally had a fantastic experience with grays selling my car. It was an easy process from the first moment I decided to proceed with the sale. The staff were great as well. :-)

Is easy to use, my only issue, I forgot about daylight saving and missed out on the item I want but that’s on me, attention to detail.

Bought a lovely Peugeot convertible, sight unseen as i couldnt get there to view the car. Awesome price. Took it straight to a mechanic, besides the one problem i knew it had, it passed the rwc and the mechanic said I got a really good car🙏🏻 I guess luck was on my side because this is what the auctions are all about.

Excellent customer service always go above and beyond. Excellent quality leather and Border fine arts stock that may not be a available else where. In the event something goes wrong put right promptly.
