So today’s 3/2/25, I’ve been using my speaker for 3 months now. An accidental fall in the pool and a fall out of a moving car and somehow this speaker still hecking works? Like they don’t say anything about water resistance but my speaker sank to the bottom of my pool, It had time at the bottom of my pool while I was taking off all my clothes to jump in the deep end to grab it and I pulled it out of water, shook it off and somehow it still out of sheer dumb luck turned on and played music. I’ve abused the shit out of this speaker in my work’s dish pit jamming spraying water everywhere and it still somehow works. Like yeah over $100 for a speaker is a lot but honestly the metal construction, careful attention to detail and the just sheer sound quality made every cent worth it. Tbh I was stupid to buy the supernova, now I’m gonna have to get a Mars Pro and all sorts of stuff so I’m gonna have to bury my next few paycheques.

I am currently awaiting the dispatch of my order and have yet to receive any responses to my inquiries regarding its delivery time. A lesson I've learned from customer service is the critical importance of maintaining customer communication. Please provide us with updates on the status of our order or, if it is a pre-order, inform us of this prior to our purchase. Update: I've been told my order will ship tomorrow so I will confirm this here if it does thanks. Also if you can message me directly showing me where it states my order is a pre order because it says no such thing as I have done a search for those words during the order process and nothing comes up. Thanks Update: Following the package's arrival, I've conducted a thorough assessment of the mouse, and its aesthetic design is exceptional. GravaStar's commitment to visually striking product design is evident. I'm revising my rating to a 4 out of 5, contingent upon improved communication. Customer satisfaction hinges on not just the final product but consistent and timely updates regarding order status, mitigating the impact of customer dissatisfaction. I will most likely order again in the future.
