Grape Tree Tracking Order Status

Can't fault them. Easy to navigate website and ordering. Great prices and variety. Several emails to keep me informed of progress/confirmation/delivery etc. and my order delivered well packaged in only 3 days. Will definitely use again.

I have been a loyal Grape Tree customer for years, spending £1,000's! There customer service is wonderful. I have had some issues in the past with the quality of product received but their customer service team have promptly addressed any concerns I have had and left me with a good outcome. Such a fantastic range of health foods at prices I can't seem to get in any high street supermarket. I'll certainly continue to use Grape Tree for the foreseeable future and recommend others to do so who are looking for well priced health foods and supplements.

I ordered from Grapetree and received 3kg of walnuts halves/pieces today. Te walnuts are not light in colour as shown on the website picture but brown and bittery. I regularly consume walnuts and this are worse then any other I previously bought elsewhere. Very dissapointed.
