I have been with Grailed since 2014 when it was in Beta. I have had many amazing interactions with Jack Zhou, He is prompt, accurate and fair. Many have issues with grailed but as long as you are a professional and work as such. You won't have any issues, like myself.

A seller created a label, but never shipped the product. I had sent messages to the seller who never responded. I reached out to Grailed and got a response the next day and ended up getting a complete refund. Thank you Grailed team!
