Graco Tracking Order Status

Please don’t purchase as to where I never received my car seat for my son that is transitioning to a toddler car seat that I never received dad went to buy one that same day they said it was delivered because it never came and we was really i need of one I called to notify them that i never received my product and told them dad brought one so can I get a refund they refused with out dads proof of purchase and said they would just redelivered the item they did and delivered the 2nd car seat to my old address they are bad for business and WILL REFUSE TO REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY. In which I call it FRAUD!!!! BE AWARE

I got defected stroller from Walmart. I called graco and resolved the issue. Arranged pick up of my product and shipped new same product at 0 cost. Great customer service. Thanks.

Bought a Graco product that needed a specific accessory to be used. Later realized that this accessory could not be purchased in Canada so I wanted to return the product which I had purchased on Amazon.ca. However I had thrown the box away and Amazon’s return window had closed. Contacted Graco. Customer service was very helpful and efficient and they provided me with a return label to return the product directly to Graco for a full refund. Very surprised and pleased with the customer service experience.

We love our Graco seats. We have bought plenty and they are always easy to move and install. My kids are comfy and safe.

From the Graco Baby website I bought 2 expensive child car seats that are good for 10 years from date of manufacture. One seat was already 15 months old when it arrived. I requested a newer seat and was told no. Seats have 3 year shelf life and there is no guarantee I won't get a 3 year old seat. So I would not be getting a seat usable for 10 years. Was not allowed to reorder seats at price I paid in Nov 2019. Had to buy cheaper seats because the ones I wanted were a $100 more than original order date. Buyer beware. Check manufacture date when they arrive. If it's more than a year old send it back. When I put a Graco requested review on their website it was denied because it was not positive.
