Grab Tracking Order Status

Loved the selection of the cars over the years of using the app but unfortunately I learned that they feel free to steal your money!!! The actual convenience of being able to get a ride when needed sounds like a good idea? But being ripped off doesn’t!!!! When you select to pay by cash you pay the agreed fair price but if you unfortunately connect this service to your account they keep charging you as they feel suitable…. I chose not to carry cash, especially when travelling overseas so I had been punished by these people on every occasion. How is it legal? You are presented one price. You think you committed to it and hope that this is the price both parties agreed to but no, this is not a case with Grab!?!? Never happened with Uber.

My booking went smooth and the driver is really nice

I am very active person In grab because I am using it in my daily life . But the services is very worst not only the drivers sometime not having cleanlinesses . But recently I have facing an issue with this is grab service where the driver used to send text to cancel the booking by giving reason as it’s far and the price is not acceptable. The price or charges nothing to do with customer where sometime we were charge double of normal rate . Still we have to use it and why driver have to claim the price is not acceptable I can’t come there for Xprice . In one time sometime I have no choice then to cancel the booking for 3 times because the grab driver doesn’t want to come or not show up at all even after few hours . As customer i will receive penalty or suspension for continues cancellation of booking which I have experienced .

These days Grab drivers a lot of them don’t open the car boots anymore or help to load your luggages at the airport . At the start of the year, price has gone up by another $3 for my usual rides to the airport . And as long as it’s raining , regardless of time , the surge price comes into effect. Yes, timings on when the drivers arr arriving are not accurate enough and cancellation by drivers are happening too often. LTA MUST do something about all these go complaints .
