Gousto Tracking Order Status

I am a big fan of gousto, it has made our meals much more interesting and I eat a wider variety of vegetables. I love the fact that I am throwing away less food. I used it when I went in holiday to Scotland, but then struggled to change the address back to my home address resulting in a box being delivered there when I had come home. I raised a query of how to change my default address back and gousto responded by correcting it for me and even refunded the box I didn’t receive- what great customer service

We have used Gousto for over a year now. This is the second occasion our delivery of 5 days of meals has been cancelled at short notice. On this occasion it was actually out for delivery when it was withdrawn because the package was damaged. The initial response was to give us back the money we've already paid or reschedule for 3 days time. After an argument they have given us credit for a free order as compensation but until they can give some reassurance about their packaging and delivery arrangements I can't recommend the service

Ordering system is easy to use all the recipes have clear instructions and pictures. The boxes are always well packed. You are actually saving us money and we feel like we’ve lost a bit of weight too because of proper portion control not just us guessing.

We have had 3 of these now. The choices are really good and easy to follow instructions. All the ingredients you need are delivered. The only problem I have found is that some of the fresh ingredients are sometimes not as fresh (wilted) as the should be and they substitute some things .

Best decision I have ever made. The food quality it fresh and delicious. It's convenient quick and easy. It's a money and time saver. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Price is perfect as well.
