Ordered item in time for Mothers Day Delivery this past Saturday as my wife was in Florida helping her sister pack the house to move Monday morning. They headed north leaving Fl this morning with no Mothers day basket delivered. I sent an email to the company Sunday when the order tracker still stated the item was out for delivery, and have not received a reply. I then have spent over 30 min on hold this morning (15May23) to try to talk to someone and the on-hold message converted to a vm asking for details to call me back. UPDATE: I finally was able to connect with someone who was very apologetic and refunded my full purchase and asked to send a replacement basket to our house for my wife's return date. She also stated that they were extremely busy over the past few days and that she was not normally in a customer service roll but was trying to help fill in as they were really busy. Although they can't make up for the MD fail they did try. She also admitted that there was zero excuse for not returning calls or responding to emails. That's when she offered to send a basket for my wife's return. As a small family owned business, I get that things happen and in this case it looks like it was UPS who failed to deliver on MD. As such I'll amend my star rating from 1 to 3, as it wasn't entirely on them.

I ordered a housewarming gift basket to be sent to my sister's home as she was moving in on Saturday. One attempt was made to deliver and they were not there. Delivery was pushed to Monday. No attempt was made at a second delivery. I paid extra for shipping to be sure it go there on Saturday. They refunded me $3.95 out of a $25 shipping fee. Very disappointed. By all accounts the gift was appreciated (can't comment on quality because I didn't see it myself) but if I'd wanted it sent three days late, I could have sent it myself. I chose this company because they promised next day delivery.

Update to review, it took a while to get any type of response (a few weeks), but they finally sent a reply and offered a full refund which I have since received, so I really appreciate that following what happened in my first review below and have added a couple more stars. It's just a shame it took so long to respond otherwise I would never have even bothered writing a review in the first place. I paid extra for a gift basket and also chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered early for Christmas for my daughter who is away from home. They did not arrive on the 23rd as promised, and since she was away after Christmas by the time she got the fruit in the basket and strawberries a week later when she returned they were no longer edible! I contacted Gourmet Gift Baskets numerous times but no response whatsoever. A reply would have been appreciated. I understand delays can happen but due to no reply at all, I'll never use them again and would not recommend!!

First off.. I screwed up address.. but Nicole at customer service fixed that.. then the gift I sent had wine.. my son is 25..but no one over 21 was there for delivery..again Nicole at customer service fixed it!! She even went out of her way to call me and make sure everything was alright.. Great job Nicole..this alone will make me use you guys again!! 10 stars if I could!!
