The Goulet Pen Company Tracking Order Status

Marvelous company with a wide variety of pens and great service timely order fulfillment I order a pen last night by 11:00am the next morning they already had it shipped I ordered a pen from A company called The Pen Place after eight days I ask about my order and still wasn’t shipped they said it would take another week or two before they’d even ship it.

I purchased a fountain pen from Goulet almost exactly three years ago. Customer service at the time was excellent and I'm still using the pen. A couple weeks ago, I noticed that the cap had a crack and the metal ring had almost separated from the base. I reached out to Goulet and they referred me to exactly the correct person at TWSBI, Inc. He quickly sent me a replacement cap for the price of postage. I am a very satisfied customer, to say the least.

No negative experiences thus far after a couple years collecting pens, and I remain impressed with how painless they've made a somewhat niche hobby. Website has the occasional functionality quirk but is often a great resource. Leagues ahead of several suppliers' sites. Had one instance of a shipment arriving where USPS charged an additional shipping fee not listed by Goulet Pens. Support got back to me the same day and I was refunded the cost of shipping. No other issues with that delivery or others. The lollipop in each shipment is a fun touch to celebrate with.
