Nice summer range.Good Black Friday offer.

I was hesitant to buy with all the negative reviews around returns processes, so I avoided any clothing items I'd need to return. What I did buy on express turned up within 2 days, and the quality is wonderful! So I'll give it 5/5 based on my experience. :)

Orders arrived promptly - in biodegradable recycled paper packaging- very happy! Did arrive in 3 different parcels at different times but that was not an issue. One item did not arrive and email was sent advising they don't have the item and a refund was issues without me having to message or do anything, which I was happy about. Was emailed a $20 voucher to use to make up for the item they couldn't provide. The rest of the items that arrived were lovely, all ordered for a great price on a sale- very happy overall. I saw all the negative reviews after I ordered and had major regrets but actually in the end I am very happy with the items and delivery etc.

I have to say this first that Gorman clothing is so cute and I love and wish I could buy more but... their shipping is terrible to the US. I ordered a lot of items on the first go around from the sale and outlet. What I found out is when you order multiple items they ship items from different stores around Australia. It took weeks to get the first, then the second, then the third, and then the fourth!!! Even one of the items I ordered was apparently sold out and I was refunded after I got my first order in the mail. Whats odd is that item and size is still available online. They really need to get their inventory down and get a wearhouse that they only do online shipments. Just get it together Gorman because you have such cute items that you can't find in the states!!

I am really surprised at all the negative reviews. I have been to the Store in Westfield and loved the clothes. This was my first time ordering from Gorman on line - I ordered a dress on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday. It is exactly like the picture - the style and fabric are absolutely gorgeous. I ordered before reading the reviews so was a bit nervous but they have far exceeded my expectations.
