Goose Creek Candle Tracking Order Status

If you are like me and came to check out Goose Creek to find better alternatives to B&BW, you struck gold! Products and Customer service all are better than B&BW and the product is cleaner. I really appreciate a company who clearly cares about their product and customers and not just about the money. Goose Creek has my business forever…now of they would hop on the foaming hand soaps, my house would be completely ridden of the other place :)

My candle was damaged and I contacted Goose Creek and immediately I received an answer to my delima right away! Goose Creek is sending me a replacement. Just as easy as that. This company is trustworthy and cares about their customers. I will continue to order from Goose Creek!

Three of the four candles I ordered were damaged in shipping. The box was nearly completely smashed. The customer service did a fantastic job of helping me quickly and resolving the issue.

Their customer service is fantastic. I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and I was able to communicate with a real person who took care of the issue for me.
