Good Ranchers Tracking Order Status

Delicious, good quality, packaging is excellent and customer service was very nice and helpful. Husband and kids love it. I love that I don't have to be hunting for good price and quality meat for my family. God bless you guys Thank you.

First time customer. Ordered The Whole Chicken box + bonus ground beef. The chicken was trimmed vwry clean and tasted very good. However I do have two complaints. 1) the vacuum sealed bags are not strong. They leaked once thawed leaving a bloody mess on my counter and refrigerator shelf. They are too thin. 2) FedEx delivered my box and left it on the OUTSIDE of my gated complex due to the gate being locked. I left a note for driver to call when he arrives so I could get it from him, but he did not call. He left it on the outside next to sidewalk but *technically* on the townhome property. This was unacceptable as anyone could walk by and pick it up. I complained to Good Ranchers as they are FedEx’s customer but only received an apology and that they would notify FedEx. I don’t have confidence that this will prevent this from happening again and unsure that I will keep the subscription. Lastly wanted to say that the box isn’t enough for my family’s needs and I can’t afford a bigger, more expensive box or to add maybe a beef box.

Quality meat conveniently at my door! My family feels the difference after eating out versus Good Ranchers. We appreciate being part of the Good Ranchers family!

I love good ranchers. I am subscribed to receive a box monthly and I am very happy to know my family is eating the best food. You can literally taste a difference versus store brought meats. I highly recommend for the heath of your family.
